What brought Walt Disney even more love and attention was his first animated movie, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. After that kick start, Walt Disney created numerous more movies and characters. Disney Park opened in 1955 and Walt Disney began television production. Even with all of these achievements, Walt Disney wanted to create more. He planned to build an amusement park called “Disneyland”. Walt Disney sadly died of lung cancer, due to the smoking that he did, before he could finish building it. His brother Roy Disney, who was there along the road with Walt Disney, finished building Disneyland in Anaheim, California, in Walt Disney's name.
